About MRoland Management

MRoland Management began the way many good companies do – with one person, a strong reputation, and a back bedroom that doubled as an office. Maggie Roland started the company on her own, providing entitlement, subdivision, DRE processing, and consulting services for real estate professionals who needed someone who could understand the details, solve problems, and get projects across the finish line. Over time, Maggie became known for her ability to “clean up messes,” navigate complex title and entitlement issues, and bring practical solutions to complicated real estate transactions.

As the work grew, so did the vision.  Bradley Adams was a client of Maggie’s, turned friend.  His development-side experience in acquisition, documentation, and multi-unit property management complemented her strengths. Together, they expanded MRoland from a development-services practice into a broader company serving both real estate developers and homeowner associations throughout San Diego and California.

Today, MRoland Management Services, LLC provides two connected areas of service: Development Services for builders, developers, and subdivision professionals, and HOA Management Services for small and mid-sized associations that want knowledgeable, customized support.

Different by Design

MRoland has always been personal. We are a small, experienced team that believes clients deserve more than a standard checklist or a one-size-fits-all management package. Our clients include developers, HOA boards, homeowners, lenders, attorneys, engineers, escrow and title professionals, government agencies, vendors, and community partners, each of whom depends on us for clear communication, practical guidance, and reliable follow-through.

Our Leadership Team

Maggie Roland, President, continues to lead the company with the same problem-solving spirit that started MRoland in the first place. Bradley Adams brings development experience and business perspective that helped shape MRoland’s growth. Together, they built a team of professionals capable of supporting both the technical demands of subdivision work and the day-to-day needs of homeowner associations.

Michele Nagy, Director of HOA Management, leads the HOA services team, helping boards manage the financial, administrative, compliance, and property-related responsibilities that keep communities functioning.

Kiersten Eckstrom, Director of Development Services, supports developers through the detailed DRE submittal process, HOA budgeting, entitlement, and project coordination process.

Don Bellasario, Director of HOA Accounting, helps lead the accounting side of the company, supporting the financial systems that associations depend on.

Built on Relationships

At MRoland, our work is technical, but our business is built on relationships. Whether we are helping a developer on best ways to set a project, move a project through the public report process, guiding an HOA board through annual compliance, preparing budgets, coordinating vendors, or answering the everyday questions that come with community living, we try to make the process clearer, more approachable, and more human.

We are proud to be a team that is knowledgeable, hardworking, a little unconventional, and deeply committed to the communities and professionals we serve. That is what MRoland has been from the beginning — and what we intend to keep building.
